SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
- Program Description
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up messages, customer support communications, and service-related notifications to customers who have booked an appointment with The Office Hero through our website at https://theofficehero.com or through our scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications. Opt-in is collected through web forms containing a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, project communications, and customer support.
- Cancellation Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscribe request. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from The Office Hero. To begin receiving messages again, simply opt in through one of our forms as you did previously.
